• Noncommercial use in original songs and covers is allowed.
• Commercial use is allowed with the voice provider's permission.
• Explicit violence, gore, and sexual content are allowed so long as Hitori is depicted as an adult (18+).
• Redistribution of this voicebank or edited files is allowed with permission. Please ensure a copy of this readme is included in any distributions.
• The voice provider may request the takedown of content that uses this voice.

When attributing the name or author of this voicebank, you must write the names exactly as written above. You cannot call the voicebank by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebank to any other author.

Hitori's concept is meant to serve as a premise to jump off of- her personality and design is flexible, so please have fun with her!

Always Prohibited

• Criminal or illegal content
• Explicit underage sexual content
• Bigotry and hateful content
• Violations of UTAU's Usage Policy
• Training AI or neural-network voice models on these samples, including DiffSinger
• You cannot use this voicebank or any included assets in projects involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency
• Voiceclaiming or Faceclaiming (usage of the voicebank or design to represent a non-associated character outside of the context of a song or cover) is prohibited

Art Terms

• Cropping and animation of the render art is allowed.
• Alternate hosting of the art is allowed.
• Please do not trace, draw over, or feed the included art into AI of any kind.
• Commercial use (sales, merch, monetization) is not allowed.

Editing

• Editing oto.ini, .frq, and other configuration files is allowed.
• Porting to other synthesis software (e.g. OpenUtau) is allowed, as long as these terms still apply.
